Last Saturday I took a quick trip to the Southbank with my mum. I always love this area of London (depsite how packed it gets on a Saturday afternoon!) and the river walk is great with awesome views. We went to see The World Goes Pop exhibition at the Tate Modern (there’ll be a post up about that on Friday) and of course I took the opportunity to snap a quick outfit of the day. I’m wearing a very autumnal outfit (even though I risked going bare legged…) choosing to team browns, burgundy and green. One of my favourite pieces this season is my trusty tan coat from Daisy Street – in fact it’s now been labelled my ‘gallery’ coat as I always feel artsy and student-y wearing this. Underneath the coat I’m wearing a dark green H&M jumper which is my current love – I wear it too much! It’s extremely cosy and perfect under the light weight coat. I’m wearing a brown skirt (I never thought I’d wear brown!) which was orignally my mum’s and I’ve finished the outfit off with my ox blood docs.
This outfit was simple and comfortable yet I love the mix of autumnal colours which makes me extremely happy to be bringing out more jumpers and coats.
Hope you liked this quick ootd!
