So I haven’t done a ‘clothing item, 3 ways’ post in a while so I thought I’d tackle how I would style 5 very different shirts (all of which I’ve nabbed from my mum…). To see the full outfits you can check out my latest youtube video as I’ve compiled a ‘lookbook’.
This outfit definitely reminds me of summer as I’ve pulled out the yellow flowers from the shirt through teaming it with a yellow skirt. The cropped shirt works well with the high waisted skirt plus the shirt would keep you cool and protect your shoulders from the sun.
For some reason I’ve labelled this my ‘market outfit’ as I think it’d be perfect for strolling through a cool market. The long shirt dress could be worn done up but I much prefer it undone with a simple outfit underneath, acting more like a cover up/jacket.
This is probably the most simple and traditional outfit as I wore this shirt with mom jeans and docs. It’s definitely a throw together outfit and by adjusting the amount of buttons which are done up it could either be geek chic or a laid back summer heat kinda outfit. 5. Effortless
I really love this simple outfit teaming an oversized shirt with denim shorts. You could either choose to tuck the shirt into a pocket for a laid back look or leave it hanging like a dress. I love this and added red lips to finish off the look.
