After posting my haul on Monday I really wanted to try on and photograph the clothes asap! For any of you who are interested, I am going to be filming a Spring Lookbook soon so I’m kinda covering all options here. Anyways, I put together 5 outfits with my new clothes and also added in a bunch of clothes which were featured in the last haul. I hope you like the outfits and maybe it’ll inspire you to inject a bit of colour into your own wardrobe.
My favourite outfit by far has to be this one. Here I’m wearing a light knit crop top from Primark, H&M skirt and Office trainers. I think it’s simple and spring appropriate, plus anything yellow just screams happiness in my opinion. You could easily change this up to suit what you already have in your wardrobe by pairing a statement skirt with a relaxed top and trainers. I think this would be perfect for picnics and beach walks.
This really isn’t a typical ‘me’ outfit but I like it nonetheless. The cargo trousers feel like pajama bottoms which is great when you really can’t be bothered to wear anything else. I love the top which is very versatile and could probably go with any of the outfits here and obviously the trusty converse work all year round (I slyly want a pair of white ones too…). This outfit works anywhere and everywhere – the perfect Sunday slouchy outfit.
I’ve never actually owned a pair of white jeans but knew I wanted a pair for this summer. This outfit screams warm weather and would be great for a day shopping out and about in London or an evening out on holiday. I definitely wouldn’t wear this alone and would probably tie a denim jacket or checked shirt around my waist. Please keep me in your thoughts as I attempt to keep these white jeans clean.
Having worn these jeans numerous times I would have to say they probably work better with normal tops not crop tops, ah well. Nevertheless I’m in love with this boho style top and can’t wait to wear it with denim shorts. These thin, stretchy jeans work well in the warmer months when normal jeans are just too tight and warm. This outfit is the perfect everyday one in my eyes.
The last outfit ends on more of a beach vibe. These H&M trousers work so well with the Primark vest although those tan lines would certainly be….interesting. This is such a casual laid back, comfy look keeping you cool in the sun… I joke, this is England.
I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing the clothes styled! Stay tuned for a Spring Lookbook in the next few weeks and be sure to leave any other blog post suggestions in the comments!
